Hello I hope you all are doing well today... I am feeling very anxious about getting to be able to work out again. I guess I should explain I was in a car accident on May 8th, 2013 and that put a stop to my working out I am still losing weight I just think it would help to lose faster and tone. I should be ready to go back to it around the end of July beginning of August. I love my Band it how it is working I love the progress and I can't wait to see goal. I have not been that weight since I was 16yrs old. I started the journey at 309 I am currently 249 my goal is 150. I miss this place Planet Fitness.

I am finally going to start blogging! I have created this photo collage of my journey I started at 309lbs, I had my WLS on 12/12/12 and to date I have lost 58lbs. My goal weight is 150 not too thin I just want to be healthy. I have 101lbs to lose and I will get there slowly but surely. my life has changed and I am starting to notice simple things, like I walk faster, I can get up the stairs without holding on to the rail, getting up off the floor is so easy, it's strange all the little things that make a big difference. I am looking into taking nutrition classes and I am wanting to help my friends and family with their goals. Well I will be trying my hand at making videos and posting them here so wish me luck!
